VMware 6.5 - Network bride down using wireless - OPenSuse 11

Hi,

I need big help.
My Laptop works perfectly with a wireless connection.

I got VMware-Workstation-6.5.0-118166.i386.bundle (same issue with the rpm) installed on Opensuse 11.0 on my laptop.
My wireless is wlan0 (been renamed, previous name ath0)

lspci -v:

When I boot up a system (any OS) on vmware with a wireless connection, it gave me this message:
The network bridge on device /dev/vmnet0 is temporarily down because the bridged ethernet interface is down.
…means that there is no connection when the network bridge is on the wireless (wlan0 or ath0).

If I change the laptop connection on eth0, I have a ethernet connection on vmware but again, not on wlan0.

The same issue happens on Ubuntu 8.04 (as I’ve done a test previously), no ethernet bridge with a wireless connection.

Vmware 6.0.4 makes the same issue.

So it means that there is a problem with wireless connection on vmware.

Please, I need help.

Thanks in advance.[/size]
