    Unhappy XaraLX src rpm install w/zypper cant find it?

    Hello,im a newbie to suse,im currently running open suse 11.0.
    i installed xaralx src rpm,and used zypper to install dependencies,
    and the source.but i cant find where it went!it said it was installed successfully.now what do i do?do i have to find it and build it?any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
    oh yes im running the gnome desktop.

    I am not sure why you used the src.rpm instead of the online repo: Index of /repositories/Education/openSUSE_11.0 which has the rpm available [ tip: use first Software.openSUSE.org ] but I guess it's a good exercise.

    Try in a CLI: whereis xara

    and the output show you the path.

    If not shortcut is available in Education or Graphics you can add one but I can not help you since I do not use Gnome.

    Thanks for the info,i did some searching and found it.
    i tried using one click install but it kept failing.
    i dont remember the exact errors but i couldnt log into
    a couple repositories for some reason?
