How install/run app written for RedHat/Centos on OpenSUSE?

There’s an application I want to use but the only Linux distros it was written for are RedHat and Centos. Is there a way I can make it work on OpenSUSE 11.0?

It may run with no problems. It may not. It may have dependency problems if you try to install it. Often RedHat and Centos store their libraries/executeables in different locations.

Did you search for the app on webpin? Webpin

Thanks. Yeah, it’s not on there (it’s a pretty obscure app dealing with VoiceXML). I might just give it a try anyways.
