Default ripping CD in KDE to mp3

Awk! Sometimes I wonder if there are too many cooks in the SuSE soup and they have gone an spoiled it!...

I have a SuSE10.3 system set up for my home media center. I have been able to use KDE/Konquer to easily rip a CD in mp3 format just by opening up the CD in a folder and there would be a subfolder present called MP3. If I copied files out of this folder then the format would be automatically converted to mp3. NEAT FEATURE!!

One of my CD's was giving me some troubles so I took it up to my other system running the new SuSE11.0 and KDE3.5... Opened up the folder as usual and no MP3 folder! What gives? How do I restore this neat feature so I can easily rip a CD under SuSE11.0?

    Marc...
