Default Place to suggest future Opensuse features?

I have been using Opensuse for a while now after switching from Kubuntu. I am very happy with almost everything since version 11. The only feature I would like to see is for Yast package manager to be able to keep an updated cache of installed packages to use on other machines(4 in my house) without having to download them seperately on each machine. This would save a ton of bandwidth(mine is limited). This would be similar to /var/apt/cache in Debian. I don't care for Smart even though it has this feature. Where/Who can I suggest this to?
