Kopete/KDE 4 problem

There appears to be a problem with Kopete as supplied with openSUSE 11.0
(Kopete/KDE4 0.50.0) This release does not correctly set up my creative web cam, it recognizes it as :
Device: OV519 USB Camera
Input: Camera
Standard:

The standard field is a dropdown menu but with no selections, whereas in the
Kopete supplied in openSUSE 10.3 this field contained the value PAL-M and
the camera worked ok.

I managed to install the 10.3 Kopete in 11.0 and the camera worked in this version so I guess it is a Kopete problem not a open SUSE problem.

So the question is where do I post a bug report openSUSE or on the KDE site?

Any thoughts appreciated.

Since you’re using OpenSUSE I suppose that you should submit the bug to OpenSUSE and then it gets upstreamed.

I also have a problem with webcam not working under the Kopete release for KDE 4.1.x, but I figured that their was no support for video yet. Submitting a bug report to the Novell bugzilla or KDE bugzilla won’t hurt though.
