Default sax2 crashes on each bootup

    Hi to all,
For the last 2 days i am facing a strange problem.
I am using openSUSE in office, Every morning when i start PC, after selecting the opensuse loader, nothing appears.
So i restart the PC, select the failsafe one and login as root there. and configure sax2 manually there. and reboot again. then it works.
Last 2 days i face it, on 1st day i ignore it bcoz i configure it already and was working. But today again the same problem. i do the same steps again and now its in front of me as a working desktop.
I don't know, what is the problem. How it could be solved.
Any one has any idea about this?

    Thanks.

Really *nothing*? Nada? No splash screen, no errors, no beeps?

    he says:
    after selecting the opensuse loader
    this must mean default

    then says:
So i restart the PC, select the failsafe
So, yes he gets something. Just not a clear post.

I seem to recall an issue with mmarif4u not long ago related to On-board graphics being sluggish. Maybe mmarif4u - you need revisit your solution to your video /graphics display config.

Maybe my post is not that clear.
    Let me clear more.
When i start PC, definitely PC show me a screen with two options:
    1- openSUSE 11.0
2- openSUSE 11.0 with failsafe mode.

if i select the 1st one, after that nothing happens.
if i select 2nd one, it goes to terminal screen, where i login as root to configure the sax2. and reboot PC, after reboot everything working fine.

    then says:
So i restart the PC, select the failsafe
That mean i have to press PC power button.

    Hope i am clear now...

That was caused by desktop effects. Because that time, kernel was updated for intel graphic driver. later it was fixed in updates.

after login as root.typing sax2, open a window with configure sax and cancel options.
I select configure sax and it open new window, there i select the correct resolution and save it. and reboot the PC.

Just curious. Have you tried booting to runlevel 3, logging in as root, then running SaX2?
