Default where do you set default applications

I want to use another bit torrent client than the one I'm using. I see where I can set the browser under default, but is there any way to set other applications based upon extension?

If u use kde as DE right click on any file with the specific extension and press poperties. Then press the icon that looks like a tool.(Its the same with yast's icon on kde menu more or less)
Use the up and down buttons to set the order of the applications to open the specific file extension.

If u use gnome i dont know, ive never used it.I think soemone else could help
"Keyboard not found. Press any key to continue"
