only if you install wine/crossover office/cedega,otherwise,no. .exe is a windows format, and as most know,Linux is not Windows

Most OpenGL and DX8 and below based games can run flawlessly under wine. DirectX 9 and 10 games are where you’re gonna run into trouble. I’ve had some success with DX9 games.
A lot of games can work if they have an OpenGL mode that you can switch to.
