wireless connexion freezes to unconnectivity

greetings all,
i have got a rather minor issue:
my wireless connexion to any lan works fine at first, but after a while (e.g. times of inactivity) the connexion is lost, and though the network is still displayed in the network manager, the only way to reconnect ist by rebooting … any syggestions …

gateway notebook t1616
opensuse 11.0
kernel 2.6.25.11-0.1-default x86_64
linksys wireless usb adapter via ndiswrapper
connexion mode: networkmanager

thanks, theo

This is the kind of behavior that is all too common when using a
Windows driver with ndiswrapper.

What does the command ‘lsusb’ list about your device?

If it worked with 10.3, then you were using ndiswrapper. Support for
the RTL8187B was not implemented in mainline until 2.6.27-rc3.
