    Default openSUSE 10.0 usb2 support

    i am using openSUSE 10.0. does openSUSE 10.0 have usb 2 support as data transfer is only at approx 250KB/s?

    USB2.0 support is certainly included.

    Be aware though, that many 'prebuilt' systems have SLOW USB1.1 ports
    available on the front panels, and USB2.0 ports in the rear. I suppose it
    saves them a tiny bit of money, and I guess they think we'll plug only
    relatively slow cameras and stuff into the front ports. (WRONG!)

    Try your device from a rear port. (that just sounds SO wrong!)
