    Question Bootsplash (splashy)

    Any one know how to change boot splash screen of opensuse 11... In ubuntu it was easy... mandriva it was hard to find but it was comparatively easy(can make our own boot splash) fedora its hard but not impossible ...

    I would really like to change the beautiful green boot splash of suse

    as root:

    unpack bootsplash theme to
    /etc/bootsplash/themes

    edit /etc/sysconfig/bootsplash:
    Theme:"NewTheme"

    Run
    mkinitrd

    Will try this out... Is make initrd important.... Will it create two initial ramdisk... That will be a bummer.......
