Default "KDE headers" error when trying to exec from KDevelop

    OpenSUSE 10.2
    KDE 3.5.5

I just installed Kdevelop and I was going thru the documentation, I made a "Hello world" program, but when I try to execute it, I get the following error when it tries to compile:

    configure: error:
in the prefix, you've chosen, are no KDE headers installed. This will fail.
So, check this please and use another prefix!

What does this mean? How can I fix it?

Okay, after reading some similar posts, I installed kdelibs-devel, and now it gets past that part but exists with the following error:

"gmake: *** No rule to make target `helloworld'.
    *** Exited with status: 2 ***"

    Hopefully just a setting?
