Default Qjackctl not working in Kde4.1

Hi guys, Has ANYBODY got jack working via qjackctl in OpenSuse 11
    Kde4.1???
I've had my fair share of problems with it in the past but was able to resolve it in the end. Until now....

It works in Kde 3.5x OpenSuse 11 but I can't get it to work in kde4.1

I have my limits.conf file edited for realtime support, i have my user added to the audio group in yast, I have tried every setting possible in qjackctl, I've tried it without Realtime ticked, and I still get this error...

    13:46:03.309 Startup script...
    13:46:03.310 artsshell -q terminate
Cannot connect to server socket err = No such file or directory
    Cannot connect to server socket

Default Re: Qjackctl not working in Kde4.1

Nevermind, I fixed that problem. For some strange reason, it is because i don't have "jackd" and its not in the repo :s
So I changed the server path in the qjackctl setup to point to "jackdmp" which i do have. And it starts fine now...

But i have a new problem
My usb mic is not in kmix, which is strange. So i can't record with it yet... But Kmix detects my usb mic on Kubuntu Kde4 and OpenSuse with Kde3.5x

    arghh
