    Default Nvidia Settings

    Well , i am a new suse user . I tried to install nvidia drivers . I opened YaST -> Software -> Software Repositories -> Add , added Protocol: HTTP Server Name: : download.nvidia.com Directory on Server: /opensuse/11.0 and installed the x11-video-nvidia + nvidia-gfx-kmp-default packages . That's it . I cannot run a OpenGL game . Please help me , thanks .

    Open a terminal and run
    Code:
    sudo sax2 -r -m 0=nvidia
    and reboot.

    Have you checked in nvidia settings to see if the driver is being used? There should be an entry in the menu, if you can't find one then you can launch it by entering "nvidia-settings" without the quotes in a terminal.

    Also if might be a good idea to post information on your setup, such as details on the graphics card you're trying to use.
