ATI Radeon X1950 Closed Source Driver

I installed the driver from the ATI Website. I downloaded it, got the dependancies and then I generated the Installer for OpenSUSE 10.3 (Not 11.0 Packages). I then installed the rpm and ran:

Then:

I rebooted, but when I run fglrxinfo this is the output;
