    Default virtual server and kde

    Hi,

I have a suse 10.1 v-server at the system of my provider. I can connect by ssh etc. At home I have suse 11.
And now I'd like to use the graphic desktop of my suse 11 to administrate my suse at the v-server. Is this possible?

    Thank you,

    Peter

You could forward the X connection:

    here$ ssh -X v-server
    ...
    v-server$ yast

and the YaST GUI should appear on your desktop. Hopefully the link is fast enough.

What do you mean unknown? As in you could be logging in from anywhere? It doesn't matter what the address of the ssh client is.
