Huge Mouse Pointer

When I am on certain applications like Amarok, AMSN, or Opera. My mouse pointer resets to the default and gets huge, why is this?

Of those three, I only use Amarok, but I haven't noticed any problems with my mouse pointer.

Are you using Gnome, KDE 3 or KDE 4?

And could you get a screenshot?

I've got the same problem. This even happen on some screens of control centers, for example "Graphic Cards and Monitor".
