Thread: K3B can't found a DVDRW

    Angry K3B can't found a DVDRW

    I install Suse 11.2 two days ago, I always use ubuntu and don't have any problem. I can try Suse, but I have a big big problem.

    K3B and Brasero, can't detect my DVDRW, only for read. when I have Ubuntu I use k3B, and all is OK, but now I can't burn...what's the problem??

    Please help me.

    Are you using k3b from Packman with k3b-codecs ?

    Set the correct permissions to /dev/srX, where X is the correct
    number for your DVD writer, or open K3B, go to Settings -> setup system
    permissions and change it there
