when i played it on ubuntu a year or so ago i typed in 1 command that installed the 3 packages but ive lost the command?
if i type in rpm -ivh /home/john/sims.rpm
i get an error telling me it needs the other 2 packages to install
and same if i try the other packages first

Don't know if it'll help, but try using the 3 names at once.

Had a setup that did that, a long time ago.
Each rpm depended on the other 2, so none could be installed first.

Another option is to force install them.
