To the top of the support part. This would be for any questions about openSUSE (like a bug or settings or features) that either doesn’t fit in the other categories or the user doesn’t know which category to put it in?
The “General” section here is more for conversing about other stuff, am I right?
What do you all think?
That is what that particular section is for,general help. And if it is in the wrong section, Admins/Mods will move it to the correct place

i don’t think so…the General forum is introduced with:
“A place to converse about anything that doesn’t fit somewhere else
(please do not post help questions here)”
it is NOT for general help…and, if you seek help there, it will get
moved…

I agree with this and raised it here and else where. But my honest opinion is a few think like this so I wouldn’t hold your breath.
