Default HELP Problem with graphics settings

As I posted earlier, I am a OS beginner...
I accidentially changed the graphics settings on OS 10.3 and now I don|t get any display at all. Is there a way to reset the settings without using the display, perhaps through the failsafe boot option?
    Thanks in advance!
