Any idea about how to set the printer default on KDE4? Have a remote CUPS printer setup that also shares with windows PCs via samba. Both printers appear in the print dialog but there appears to be no way of setting a printer as default.

Also the KDE4 applications do remember the last settings and show the top of list printer with inches measures (even though I have set my defaults to metric). Any change to that is not kept.
