Checking Apache config before 'make'

Hi…

I am attempting a custom build of Apache so I can include some modules not included by YaST. I have issued the configure statement to include the modules but would now like to see what is going to be included in the ‘make’

Is there any way of doing this?

  1. To check that my ‘./configure’ has worked
  2. To see what packages were included by default

or is it best to just compile it run it and see what happens (sounds a bit insecure to me!!!)

I sssued my ‘./configure’ s as several seperate commands with a couple of options on each. Is this an OK way of doing things or will I need to issue one configure with all the options in one go.

Hi
Include all your options with one single ./configure --with-module1
–with-module2 etc.

If your ./configure completes (doesn’t error out) all should be ok. Now
I always nohup the output on a configure so I can go back and have a
look.

Have a look at running the command ./configure --help this will tell
you what can be included/excluded etc from the configure command.
