    Thumbs down System lock up/ Install

    I have looked at the HCL, all devices are there. The Live CD for SUSE 11 operates well, so I do the install. It ALWAYS hangs on the part where it installs root file system, about 5%. I swapped hard disks, and a new version of Live CD that worked on another PC. What might cause this??

    Nevermind, got it fixed. Did a memcheck & mD5sum, disk error...now we runnin smoooth!... Thanks ALL.
