Default opensuse 11 and commercial activty

    Hi,

I'm using opensuse 11 at home and it's great! I've got a little company and I'd like to use opensuse in my company. Can I use it? Are there license problems? Every so often I read (for example for openoffice) "...you may not use it for commercial activity", someone can give me news about it? Thanks.

I don't know where you got the OpenOffice info from but look here:

    www: Most Frequently Asked Questions

    No lawyer or anything but

GNU General Public License - openSUSE

    So have at it.

Depending on the version of OpenOffice I can see some sort of language inteded to get commercial users to by StarOffice by Sun who laid much of the framework for OpenOffice. I do not know the current state of affairs in this regard, however.
