When I installed the latest bigsmp kernel for opensuse 10.3 and driver from NVIDIA repository my default kernel cannot start X. I installed it on my TOShiba Satellite laptop which worked nice up to now.
It seems to me that because of some reason they exclude each other, because when I install nvidia driver used in my default kernel I cannot start X in bigsmp kernel.
Please advise how to make the both work if possible.
