    Default Internet connection trouble

Does this nightmare ever end? *headdesk* I've had trouble in the past, that were never resolved, but now the forum has changed and I've done a complete reinstallation so... A new thread Although for those who feel curious you can read all about my heartache here.

    Now for the questions:

    1. TP-Link WR641G
    2. No idea what a driver is because I can't understand computer talk (or at least when it's concerning Suse)
    3. Not at the moment since I installed 10.3 (again) - so I'm back to square one.
    4. I added a wireless network card (not really knowing what I was doing) but I added the passphrase and stuff like that. No effect.
    5. Well, I brought up the problem in another forum here
    6. 10.3
    7. I typed in
    /sbin/lspci -v"
but absolutely nothing happened. there's just a > there
    8. lsusb ?

And to summarize my problem: What am I supposed to do to get Internet on this... well, not very cooperative computer?

    Hi
Can you get a long cable to connect to the wireless router or move the
    computer temporarily?

    Hi
Well, have you thought about a bridge? I use a Linksys WET54G for those
    situations.

A bridge? I think I have one. Something called Netgear, which was the brand of our previous router, but then that one broke and we got a TP-Link router. I've sort of assumed that it still works to the new router, how do i make sure?
