I accidentally deleted the taskbar in SuSE 11 KDE 4

when I tried to “add panel”, and add all widgets into the panel to
restore the original taskbar look, I found the “task manager” widget can
not be resized to fit it the narrow pannel well. I also found I can not
add the “desktop selector”.

presently, I have to put all necessary widgets onto the desktop.

Any idea on how to restore the original taskbar? Thank you.

I think this is simulary to your:

Thank you, that deleting .kde workaround worked. I also figured out that
“pager” is what I need for a “desktop selector”

Though, I am still curious how to make the “task manager” working in the
panel properly if I start a new panel.
