Would be most grateful if someone could point out what I am doing wrong here,
I am trying to install the Azenis theme using the theme manager but it keeps asking for a theme file, which the package does not contain.
I have had a look at other themes from KDE Look but they have the same issues.

thestig had this problem awhile back
Azenis theme is a dekorator theme so you have to install dekorator which is in the repo’s
You will have to exract that file to some place
Then go into personal settings (configure desktop) > Appearence & Themes > Window Decorations
use the drop down box and pick decorator in there you should be able to install that theme
