Thread: setting applications keyboard shortcuts

    Default setting applications keyboard shortcuts

    Hi all,
In KDE3, in configure desktop>>keyboard & mouse>>keyboard shortcuts you were able to set shortcuts to launch application, such as ctrl-alt-f for firefox and ctrl-alt-k for konsole. In KDE4 I can't find this configuration tab anywhere.

Am I missing something really basic here.. or has other people also noticed this problem.

Found out how to do this if anyone is interested. Open konsole, type in kmenuedit and you can do everything from there. I needed to do a restart before some of the shortcuts would take effect.
