    Default Removing Wine Programs

    Hey all,

I completely uninstalled Wine by removing the package in YaST and deleting the ~/.wine directory and its subdirectories. I want to do a complete uninstall so I can install Wine fresh, through the binary file and compile it myself. My question is, I still have a category for Wine in my application browser in Gnome, and all the programs I had installed through Wine are there: how I remove these links to the programs that don't exist anymore?

    Thank you!

    Use menu-editor system. (package alacarte)

    Thank you.

Will this perminately remove the icons, or will they appear if I put the Wine section back in the furture?

From what I know, they will remove it, but I think they will come back after you reinstall.

If the worst case: just create a new icon.
