I installed SUSe 11 on an ATI chipset board no issues with install, but it wont use over 60% of the processor no matter what on the default SUSE kernel.Power now is not turned on.I fold and the SUSE kernel always works best, but not this one. Any Idea's?

Are you sure it isn't using it or is it just throttled back? Have you
run anything CPU intensive to see if the speed jumps up to its full range?

Yes I have run the Linux folding client, smp also added several single clients that normally peg it out @100%,no matter how much load, it stayed right around 60%,as I said cool and quiet is not on in the bios.Something is holding it back,if the CPU was throttling it would stay @ 100% usage but the core speed would scale back. Its just not going over 60%,I was thinking there is a bug in the kernel, thats making it mis read CPU usage.Like it thinks 60 is 100 or something.
