gtk-window-decorator crashes

Since an update last week gtk-window-decorator crashes upon startup.

Driver: 8.45.5
OpenGL: 2.1.7281 Release

I am not able to get it up and running. Trying to run it from console generates the same issue.

Solved by re-installing ATI video driver via: ATI - openSUSE
