Newbie messed up - Deleted Local folder in Kmail - now get fatal error

Hi Guys

So, I am a total newbie who just tried Linux and Loving it. Problem is while customizing Kmail (in Kontact) , i saw this one folder called Local Folder (with nothing in it) so decided to Deleted it :-( oops

Now Kontact will not start up saying:
The Email program encountered a fatal error and will terminate now.
The error was:
Failed to fetch the resource collection.

PS: I am using the latest OpenSuse Leap Plasma

Maybe logout/login only would have been sufficient.
I assume KDE recreated the directory.
