Wine (cfg) window size too big!

Hi guys, when I try change things in winecfg I have a problem. The winecfg window is TOO BIG for the screen. It will not re-size, nor can I move it far enough up to access the "accept" or "cancel" buttons at the bottom"

So are there ways to affect changes from the CLI?
