Oh no, better go out and buy lots of Nvidia cards then, I would hate to have to buy an ATI! .

Intel did the EXACT same trick on VIA in the past where it refused to give it permissions to produce chipsets for its CPUs thus forcing it after a while to get out of this market space

Intel should be fined a few more billions for such practices
