I stop here. Reported a bug and contacted the mailing list (I did that
much earlier at the very beginning but my mail bounced back due to a
typo in the mail address).

Yes, they are. They have release numbers and dates. I have already two
bugzillas against the release notes. Some of you may open another one on this.

Put it on component “release notes”, it exists.
