Poll of problems

Is there a poll of problems encountered by users broken down by problem areas? Say something like "getting LAN software working" or "installing a new video card" or "playing mp4 files".

It looks like I didn't ask my question correctly. I am not interested in a list of how-to's or what advice is offered. I am interested in knowing what users have the most problems with. For example, "of 890 users polled, 346 users indicated their biggest problem was playing videos, 206 said they couldn't burn a CD while only 6 had problems connecting to the Internet".

I am curious to compare other users' experiences with mine and those of friends using Suse.

I'm not aware of anything like that. Guess you could start a poll yourself.

do you think folks took time to write a how-to for a problem which NO
one had had??

in other words: the how-tos FOLLOW the problems which most folks have..

if that is the poll you want then you have do it yourself....OR, you
can just do a historical count of the problems asked about in these
fora and compile the results into sentences like your example..

then look at the list of how-to and see if most of you and your
friends problems are covered....if yes then your experiences are
similar to all others....if no, then your experience is somewhat unique..

right?
