Easy Peasy

Latest wacko name for a buntu is Easy Peasy. This is a distro specifically for netbooks.

I think the folks naming these things are having very bad LSD flashbacks, or should stop smoking whatever it is they are smoking.

That said it is a pretty decent distribution, I just wonder sometimes what in the hell they are thinking when naming their distros.

I have some very old hardware kicking around and am waiting patiently for the WOOZY FLOOZY release.

WOOZY FLOOZY will be designed to run on old worn out hardware.

let the folks in Redmond spend millions on focus groups to figure out
that going from "Windows [something]" to "Vista" sucked (and going
back to ho-hum "Windows 7")......*if* that is what *they* wanna do..

and let software freedom ring with Easy Peasy *or* Woozy Floozy..

i mean, like what were they thinking when they named you Bruce? ;-)

hey, i got no problem with your name...but, because "different strokes
for different folks" *is* true, i bet some do!

To be fair, Easy Peasy isn't made by *buntu themselves, it's a spin off. It used to be called Ubuntu eee (sensibly enough), but the lawyers wouldn't have it.
