If the dongle were not recognized, you would not have gotten any message logged.

Was this device recognized in earlier versions on openSUSE? If so, there may be
a driver regression in kernel 3.4. You might try kernel 3.6.1 from the
Kernel:HEAD repo at
http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard/.

If it has not worked before, the device may be broken, or the driver recognizes
it, but cannot drive it.

The device is has been working in previous kernel versions. Tested again in opensuse 11.4.

I think the poblem is in the daemon
here is he output of systemctl status bluetooth.service

bluetooth.service - Bluetooth service
Loaded: loaded (/lib/systemd/system/bluetooth.service; disabled)
Active: inactive (dead)
CGroup: name=systemd:/system/bluetooth.service

the daemon is simply dead.

cheers,

Hi I have tried with the new Kernel from Index of /repositories/Kernel:/HEAD/standard. but still dongle not working.

No one seem to be interested in finding a fix for this problem ?

Cheers
