That link works fine for me. I have uploaded it to another mirror for you:
    ImageWriter.exe

    Does that work?

From: SDB:Live USB stick - openSUSE

5c. On Microsoft Windows, SUSE Studio Image Writer allows you to see *.raw file only. To select an ISO, you have to press "Select", then enter "*.*" in the "filename" text box in order to see all files. You can then choose the .iso file. Then click "Copy".

Do you mean that the USB drives don't work anymore? I tried it on my 8GB USB Drive and it was fine.

I tried it with multiple usb drives and each one ends up currupt. In windows, it asks me if I want to format the drive. On my eee pc, it doesnt even boot( just sits there with a blinking bar)(I set it up in the bios to boot from the usb drive).

Have you put the CD or DVD version of openSUSE on your usb drive?
Also when you start your EEE PC and when it shows the POST screen press escape does the flash drive show up in the boot menu? It should be able to boot the USB drive. I have an eee pc 1000h and it successfully boots openSUSE KDE CD version via USB.
