Default Where can I leave suggestions to the openSUSE developers?

I have an idea how make openSUSE more user friendly I can not program(except for some python calculators) so I can't make it myself. Thats why I want to leave this idea to others but I don't know how. Non of these forum on the board seem like the right place. I asked moderator oldcpu and he told me to post here, and here I am. Where do I leave a suggestion?

    see: http://en.opensuse.org/Wishlists

where good ideas are always welcome...i guess.

but, i also guess i would begin the idea with something other than
"OpenSUSE is not user friendly. We need something like
    Windows/Mac/BeOS/BSD/Ubuntu/etc has..."

    ymmv

I think I'll use natural_pilots link. It looks less complicated. BTW who will see this and can I get to know what he/they thought of the idea?
