Imageshack gives you the thumbnail code to post in the forum. I'm not sure how other hosts do it:

HTML Code:
[URL=http://img353.imageshack.us/my.php?image=screenshotmo4.png][IMG]http://img353.imageshack.us/img353/2769/screenshotmo4.th.png[/IMG][/URL]
This is the source for one of my screenshots posted above.

Use so called BBcodes.

For your full size image put:

HTML Code:
[IMG]http://omploader.org/vMTJ3NQ/jan09.png[/IMG]
To resize your image, say, 150x130:

HTML Code:
[IMG=150x130]http://omploader.org/vMTJ3NQ/jan09.png[/IMG]
But unfortunately this forum doesn't support image resize.

To get thumbnail images, either,

1. Upload your images on imageshack.us or photobucket.com. etc and get thumbnail codes.

OR

2. Resize your image with an image editing software like GIMP, Krita etc, upload it as, lets say, jan09_thumbnai.pngl and put the following code:

HTML Code:
[URL=http://omploader.org/vMTJ3NQ/jan09.png]
[IMG]http://omploader.org/some_random_code/jan09_thumbnail.png[/IMG][/URL]
When you click on the thumbnail it'll take you to the original image.

Hope this helps.
