Hi. I guess you are at home and want to connect to the internet via some router. Looking at your screenshot I found that the nameserver ip in resolv.conf (202.xxx) differs from the one given in the routing table (10.xxx). That may be the problem. Go to Yast → Networksettings and add your nameserver to the standard gateways. Then it should work.
