Constant proxy authenticate request message

Every few minutes I get the following message pop up. Does anyone have any idea how to make it stop?

Are you running an older milestone? This bug is supposed to be fixed in Milestone 8+ (https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=538353).
