Hi
I am happy with my present build of SUSE KDE 3.5 desktop, but it contains a lot of programs I have downloaded from the reposititories, is there any way to remaster my progect the way you can PCLinuxOS.

I'm not sure to understand exactly what you mean.

If you want to create a distro CD/DVD containing the packages from your system, you can have a look at the tool called "kiwi".
