Packae not found

I'm not sure if this is the correct place to post this. If not Mods can you please move it.

I'm trying to install tp_smapi from the one-click on software.opensuse.org. During the install I get an error saying that tp_smapi-kmp-pae-0.40_2.6.27.23_0.1-3.2.i586.rpm cannot be found on the medium.

Clicking on the tp_smapi-kmp-pae-0.40_2.6.27.23_0.1-3.2.i586.rpm link for manual install brings up a 404 error.

Who do I contact about fixing this?

You might be redirected to a mirror that doesn't have that file.
Just go that repository and search for that file, if it is not there then go here openSUSE Download Mirrors - 11.1 and try other mirror. Your normal mirros should redirect fine. Also try to refresh all repos.
