Smile CODE::BLOCK

There is no software code::block in deposits. This is a good software. Also it should be included in the OSS.

I also see there is a slightly later release of the SVN to r5651, so
have packaged it up on my home repository for building. As present is
scheduled but should be visible sometime soon.

Well the newer version is failing on 11.1 but ok on SLE11 build, so
stick with the other version while I investigate.

Is codeblock a better IDE?
Why someone prefer codeblock to others?
