Default Adding autoconf213 to the standard repository

Hi,
I'm trying to build the xulrunner rpm for FF 3.1 beta w/ subpixel hinting enabled. I modified the spec file and added all the sources into the build system. However, the BS requires autoconf213 which is not available as a standard install. but through the Mozilla BS repository as a RPM. How can I add it to my build environment?

I was able to build the subpixel enabled xulrunner on my laptop, but wanted to have it done on the BS...since its a lot easier that way Would appreciate some help!
